U.S. Department of Education, Secreatary Arne Duncan just introduced a new guide to help parents educate children on Internet safety as part of a partnership with the Federal Trade and Communications commissions.

The booklet also offers parents tips on where to find additional information on Internet safety and covers issues to raise with kids about "living their lives online," according to a federal web site dedicated to safeguarding Americans' information online.  The free guidebook is also available to schools.  It can be downloaded at www.onguardonline.gov.
